SQLAlchemy 2.0.54 is now available.

Release 2.0.54 repairs an issue in the build process where the Python 3.14t binary wheels were both not building successfully, while at the same time preventing free-threading from being enabled if the Cython extensions were built manually. 3.14t wheels should now be available and will be fully compatible with free-threading enabled.
